Where do I find my upcoming and past appointments on the Glamsquad website?
On the website:
After signing into your Glamsquad account, locate your name in the top right corner of the screen where it says “Hi, (your name)!”
Hover your mouse over your name to reveal a dropdown menu with several options.
Click on ‘My Appointments’ to access your appointment dashboard.
In the ‘My Appointments’ section, you’ll find two tabs:
Upcoming Appointments:
Here you can view all your scheduled appointments. You have the ability to:Edit your appointment details (location, date, time, and service) up to 4 hours before the appointment start time.
Add notes for your beauty professional, such as directions, parking instructions, hotel room numbers, or any special requests.
Cancel your appointment if needed (please refer to our cancellation policy for details on timing and fees).
View appointment details to ensure everything is correct before your service.
Past Appointments:
Here you can:Review your previous services.
View and download receipts for your records.
Email receipts to yourself or others.
Rebook the same service for a future date with just a click. Please note that rebooking does not guarantee you’ll be matched with the same beauty professional(s) as before.
