We know plans can shift, and we make it easy to reschedule your appointment right in the Glamsquad app or at Glamsquad.com. Please note the timing rules below to avoid additional charges:
More than 4 hours before your appointment:
You can reschedule at no charge.
Between 4 hours and 2 hours before your appointment:
Rescheduling will incur a $25 service charge.
Less than 2 hours before your appointment:
Rescheduling will be treated as a late cancellation. You’ll be charged the full list price of the services.
How to reschedule:
Open the Glamsquad app (or visit Glamsquad.com).
Go to Appointments and select your upcoming appointment.
Tap Reschedule and choose a new available time.
Additional things to know:
Rescheduling follows the same rules as canceling — this ensures our professionals are fairly compensated for holding your spot.
If you reschedule and later need to cancel, the timing of your most recent change determines the fee.
Fees are automatically applied at checkout and charged to the payment method on file.
Example
If your appointment is at 2:00 PM:
Reschedule before 10:00 AM → No fee.
Reschedule between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM → $25 service charge.
Reschedule after 12:00 PM → Full-service charge.
