The Glamsquad support fee is 18.95% of the total service price. Glamsquad charges this fee to help maintain and improve the Glamsquad platform and all related services. It covers a variety of essential operating costs, including:
Platform maintenance and technology upgrades: Ensuring a smooth, secure, and reliable booking experience.
Client support services: Providing access to a dedicated customer service team available to assist with any questions or concerns before, during, and after your appointment.
Beauty Professional background checks: Helping guarantee the safety and trustworthiness of the professionals you book through the platform.
Quality control and compliance: Supporting measures that uphold Glamsquad’s high standards and compliance with industry regulations.
It’s important to note that the Glamsquad support fee is not a gratuity or tip. None of this fee is passed on to the Beauty Professionals who provide your services. Tips are separate and should be given directly to your Beauty Professional if you wish to reward their work.
