What is the wedding cancellation policy?

Updated over 2 months ago

At Glamsquad, we understand that weddings are important events and sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and the beauty professionals who dedicate their time and expertise, we have a clear cancellation policy in place. This policy is designed to protect our artists’ time and commitment while maintaining the high-quality service you expect.

Wedding Cancellation Policy Details:

Booking Deposit:

  • To secure your wedding appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your spot reserves the Pro's time exclusively for you.

  • Clients do not pay the deposit directly on the website. After adding a valid payment method to your Glamsquad account, the wedding team will process the deposit automatically upon confirming your beauty team.

  • The remaining 50% balance will be charged to the card on file on the day of the appointment, once services are completed.

Cancellations:

  • More than 3 days before the wedding: The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but no additional fees will be charged. This helps cover the professional’s preparation and schedule adjustment.

  • Less than 3 days before the wedding: Cancellations made within this period will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total booked wedding services to reflect the short notice and rebooking challenges.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept all major credit cards for deposits and final payments.

  • To process payments smoothly, you need to add a valid payment method to your Glamsquad account.
