What are the Glamsquad Membership Program details?
The Glamsquad Membership Program (also called “GlamFam”) is a loyalty subscription designed for our most valued clients who want regular access to our beauty services at a great value. By joining, you become a Member and agree to the terms outlined below and on our website glamsquad.com/membership.

Pricing and Billing:
Membership fees vary by market—please check glamsquad.com/membership for current pricing in your area.
Your membership fee will be charged automatically every month on or around the same date you signed up.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and notifying Glamsquad if your payment details change.
Membership continues until you cancel (more on cancellation below).

Use and Restrictions:
Your monthly blowouts and discounts are non-transferable and must be used by you, the Member.
To redeem your benefits, you must identify yourself as a GlamFam Member and may be asked to show ID.
Unused blowouts roll over to the next month but expire if not used by the end of that month.
Promotional codes or other discounts cannot be combined with your active GlamFam membership.
Unused blowouts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for refunds or store credit, even upon cancellation.

Membership Cancellation:
You can cancel your membership at any time, but must do so at least 3 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.
To cancel, email [email protected] with your name, phone number, email address, and the date you’d like your membership to end.
After cancellation, any unused blowouts may be redeemed within 90 days; after that, they expire permanently.
Once canceled, your credit card will no longer be charged.

Membership Changes and Communications:
Glamsquad reserves the right to modify membership terms, fees, benefits, or terminate memberships at any time, with or without prior notice.
We may communicate with you by email, phone (including texts), mail, or other channels to provide updates on your account, membership changes, offers, or important information.

How do I schedule my blowouts each month? Is there a deadline?
You can schedule blowouts anytime during the month via the app, website, or concierge at [email protected].
While there’s no strict deadline, availability varies, so booking early is recommended. Unused blowouts roll over but expire at the end of the following month.
Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?
The GlamFam Membership does not offer a pause option.
To stop temporarily, you must cancel and sign up again later; contact [email protected] for help.
What happens if I miss my appointment or need to reschedule?
Reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your blowout.
No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit that month’s blowout, which cannot be carried over.
Are there any penalties for canceling early or reinstating a membership?
There are no penalties or fees for canceling anytime with 3 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
To rejoin, you’ll need to sign up again under the current terms and pricing.
Can I gift or share my membership benefits with someone else?
Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered Member.
Sharing or gifting benefits may lead to membership cancellation; consider buying a gift card instead.
What happens if my payment fails? Will I lose my membership immediately?
If payment fails, you’ll be notified to update your billing info, and your membership will stay active temporarily.
Failure to update your payment information may lead to suspension or cancellation, so keep your information current.
Are membership fees refundable if I cancel mid-month?
Membership fees are billed monthly and are not prorated or refundable upon mid-month cancellation.
Your membership stays active until the end of your billing cycle, and unused blowouts can be used until then.
