How do I modify my appointment?

Sometimes you may need to adjust your appointment details—whether it’s the date, time, or services booked. This article explains when and how you can make changes in the Glamsquad app, as well as what to do if you’re within 4 hours of your appointment start time.


Modification Policy

  • You can modify your appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time directly in the Glamsquad app.

  • Within 4 hours of the appointment start time, modifications must be handled by our Client Experience team at [email protected] or (844) 695-4526.


How to Modify Your Appointment

  1. Open the Glamsquad app and tap Appointments.

  2. Select the upcoming appointment you want to update.

  3. Tap Modify Appointment.

  4. Choose from the available options:

    • Modify Date & Time – reschedule your appointment.

    • Modify Services – add or adjust services (e.g., add makeup to a blowout).

    • Cancel Appointment – cancel if you no longer need the service.


Examples

  • Example 1: Your appointment is scheduled for 6:00 PM. If you want to change it to a later time, you must do so by 2:00 PM (at least 4 hours prior) through the app.

  • Example 2: You want to add makeup to your 10:00 AM blowout appointment. You can update the services in-app up until 6:00 AM. After that, you’ll need to contact Client Experience.

  • Example 3: At 7:30 AM, you realize your 9:00 AM appointment won’t work. Because it’s within 4 hours, you must call Client Experience to request any changes.
