If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged the full list price for the services booked including a 20% cancellation fee.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

You are able to reschedule your appointment up until 4 hours before the appointment start time without incurring a cancellation fee. If you reschedule within 4 hours and up to 2 hours before your appointment time, there will be a $25 service charge.

What is the survey I received after my Glamsquad appointment?

You will receive a survey after your appointment requesting you to provide a review of your appointment. If you want your feedback to be heard immediately and directly please call (844) 695-4526 or email [email protected].

Will I receive a notification when the Beauty Professional is on their way?

Yes. You will receive a notification that the Beauty Professional is on their way 10 minutes prior to the appointment start time. Please note, though it is rare, it is possible to receive this notification even if your Beauty Professional is running

Will I receive a confirmation email for my appointment?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email to the email you booked your appointment with in a matter of minutes. If you have not seen the confirmation email, please check your junk or spam inbox.

Will I receive a reminder before my appointment?

Yes. You will receive a text notification one hour prior to the start of your appointment time. You will also receive an email reminder 2 hours prior to the start of your appointment time.
