How do credits apply to my appointment?Updated a month ago



Glamsquad credits are automatically applied at checkout to make paying for your appointment simple. Here’s the order in which they’re used:

  1. Package credits are applied first.
    • If you’ve purchased a package (e.g., a bundle of blowouts), those credits will always be used before any other type of credit.
  2. Promotional credits (promo codes or special offers) apply next.
    • If you have both package credits and a promo credit, the package credits will apply first, and then your promo credit will be applied to the remaining balance.
    • Only one promotional code can be applied per appointment.
  3. If you only have a promotional credit, it will automatically apply to your next eligible appointment.

    Additional things to know:
  • Credits are applied before charging your payment method, so you’ll only be charged if your credits don’t fully cover the service cost (including add-ons, fees, or gratuity, if applicable).
  • If your credits do not cover the full amount, the remaining balance will be charged to your default payment method.
  • If your credits exceed the cost of your appointment, the unused portion will remain in your account for future bookings (they do not disappear).
  • Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user.
