How do I modify my appointment?Updated a year ago

You can modify your appointment 4 hours prior to the start time of your appointment. Once you are in 'Appointments' on your app you will see a 'Modify Appointment' option. When you select 'Modify Appointment' you will see the following options:

  • Modify Date & Time
  • Modify Services
  • Cancel Appointment

If you would like to modify your appointment less than 4 hours before the start time of your appointment, you will need to contact the Client Experience team at [email protected] or (844) 695-4526.
