You are able to reschedule your appointment up until 4 hours before the appointment start time without incurring a cancellation fee.

If you reschedule within 4 hours and up to 2 hours before your appointment time, there will be a $25 service charge. Rescheduling within 2 hours before the appointment start time will result in a charge of the full list price for the services including a 20% cancellation fee.
