What is the Glamsquad cancellation policy?Updated a month ago

Our cancellation policy is nonrefundable and ensures that our beauty professionals are compensated for their time and travel. This policy supports the hard work and dedication of our professionals, allowing us to maintain a high standard of service for all clients. Please review the detailed terms below for specific timeframes and associated charges.

Friday to Sunday Appointments: 

  • 4 to 12 hours notice: Rescheduling or canceling will incur a $25 service charge.

  • Less than 4 hours notice: Rescheduling or canceling will incur a full-service charge. 

Weekday Appointments (Monday to Thursday): 

  • Less than 4 hours notice: Rescheduling or canceling will incur a full-service charge. 

Exclusively Hamptons: 

  • Less than 24 hours notice: Rescheduling or canceling will incur a full-service charge.

Exclusively New Year's Eve:

To ensure fairness to our beauty professionals and respect for their dedicated time during the busy holiday season, we have a special cancellation policy for New Year’s Eve appointments.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment start time on 12/31 will incur a full-service charge.


How to Reschedule or Cancel:

  • You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through your Glamsquad account on the Glamsquad App or at Glamsquad.com.
