What is the Glamsquad cancellation policy?Updated a year ago

UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY: In an effort to account for our beauty pros’ time and schedules, we have updated our cancellation policy to the following. (revised as of 6/6/22) 

• For appointments occurring Friday through Sunday, rescheduling or canceling between 4 and 12 hours prior to your appointment start time will result in a $25 service charge.
• Rescheduling or canceling in less than 4 hours prior to your appointment start time will result in a full-service charge. (This pertains to weekdays and weekends.)
• You are able to reschedule or cancel your appointment from within your Glamsquad account via the Glamsquad App or Glamsquad.com.

HAMPTONS:

• For Hamptons appointments, rescheduling or canceling in less than 24 hours prior to your appointment start time will result in a full-service charge.
• You are able to reschedule or cancel your appointment from within your Glamsquad account via the Glamsquad App or Glamsquad.com.
