When you book a Glamsquad appointment, you may notice a temporary preauthorization hold on your payment method for the estimated appointment total. Don't worry β this is not a charge! It's simply a hold to confirm that your card is valid and has sufficient funds.
Here's how it works:
The hold will appear as "pending" on your bank or credit card statement
After your appointment is completed, the actual charge replaces the hold
If you cancel within the free cancellation window (more than 4 hours before your appointment), the hold is released β though it may take a few business days to disappear depending on your bank
