When you book an appointment and a Beauty Professional isn't immediately available, your appointment enters a "Requested State." This means our team is actively working to find and assign a Pro for you.
We'll confirm your appointment as soon as a match is made. If we're unable to find a Pro for your requested date and time, we'll cancel the appointment at no charge. Please don't cancel while it's in this state — we're on it and will update you as soon as possible.
What if there are no available appointment times? If you're looking at the Glamsquad app and no open time slots appear available, you can still request an appointment using the Requested State option. Simply submit your requested date and time, and our team will work to find a Beauty Professional who can accommodate you.
