What Is the Cancellation Policy?

Glamsquad's cancellation policy varies based on the day of your appointment and your market. Here's what you need to know:

Monday–Thursday:

  • Free cancellation up to 4 hours before your appointment

  • Full charge if cancelled less than 4 hours before

Friday–Sunday:

  • Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your appointment

  • $25 cancellation fee if cancelled 4–12 hours before

  • Full charge if cancelled less than 4 hours before

The Hamptons:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment

  • Full charge if cancelled less than 24 hours before

New Year's Eve & Special Events:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your appointment

  • Full charge if cancelled less than 48 hours before

Important notes:

  • Rescheduling your appointment is treated the same as canceling — the same windows and fees apply

  • Members never pay cancellation fees — it's one of the perks of your membership!

  • Members also receive flexibility on same-day cancellations and same-day rebookings

Important reminder about appointment readiness: When your Beauty Professional arrives, please be ready to begin your service. Your Pro will wait 15–20 minutes if you're not quite ready — but if you're unable to start within that window, the full appointment amount will still be charged. We want to respect both your time and your Pro's schedule!

What if my Pro cancels or doesn't show up? If your Beauty Professional cancels last minute or doesn't show up, Glamsquad will make it right. We'll give you as much notice as possible and work quickly to resolve the situation. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or through the in-app chat and we'll take care of you.
