Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 3β5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Some banks may take a little longer, so don't worry if it doesn't show up on day one.
A note about pending charges: If you see both a pending hold and a posted charge for the same appointment, don't panic β the pending hold will drop off on its own. If it sticks around beyond a few business days, we recommend contacting your bank directly.
