Cancellation & Modification Policy
Modifications made more than 3 days before the scheduled start time will not incur additional modification fees, though any new or different services added will be billed accordingly.
Modifications made within 3 days of the scheduled start time (such as changes to timing, number of services, or location) may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the appointment may result in a charge for part or all of the scheduled services.

Wedding appointments often reserve multiple Beauty Professionals and require extensive advance coordination. This policy ensures fair compensation for their time and helps us maintain exceptional service and reliability for all clients.
How to Modify or Cancel
To make changes or cancel your wedding appointment, please contact our Client Experience team as soon as possible at [email protected].
Example
Example 1: Your wedding appointment is scheduled for Saturday at 10:00 AM. If you modify or cancel before Wednesday at 10:00 AM, no additional modification fees will apply—though any added or changed services will be charged at their normal rates.
Example 2: If you decide on Thursday to change the start time or remove a service, this falls within the 3-day window and may incur additional fees depending on availability.
