When booking a Bridal Trial or Wedding Day appointment with Glamsquad, here’s what you need to know about payment:
Booking Deposit:
To secure your bridal or wedding appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total booking cost at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your appointment and allows our beauty professionals to reserve the necessary time and resources for your special day.
Coordination Fee:
An 18.95% coordination fee is applied to all wedding bookings, regardless of how or where you book your services. This fee covers the additional effort involved in managing and coordinating your appointment details to ensure a seamless experience on your wedding day.
Cancellation Policy:
More than three days before the wedding date: The 50% deposit remains non-refundable, but no further charges will be made.
Less than three days before the wedding date: Cancellations will be charged the full amount for all booked wedding services.

Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards for your convenience. If you choose to pay with a debit card, please note that the full amount will be charged at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
