What happens when my account is past due?

Your Glamsquad account becomes past due primarily when the payment method linked to your account, such as a credit or debit card, has expired or cannot be charged successfully. In this case, we will notify you promptly via email and/or text to update your payment information.

If you do not provide a valid payment method within a specified period, your account will be temporarily suspended. During this suspension, you won’t be able to book new appointments or access certain account features until your payment details are updated and any outstanding balance is settled.

Once you update your payment method, your account will be reactivated immediately, and you can resume using Glamsquad services without interruption.

Additional things to keep in mind:

  • We recommend checking your payment method details regularly to avoid any disruption.

  • If you believe your payment was declined in error, please contact your bank or card issuer to resolve any issues.

  • You will receive multiple reminders to update your payment method before suspension occurs.

  • Past due balances do not accrue additional fees, but unpaid balances must be cleared to use services again.
