Can I have multiple forms of payment in my account?

Yes, you can securely store multiple forms of payment within your Glamsquad account. This allows you to choose the preferred payment method for each appointment when booking through the Glamsquad website or app. Simply select the payment option you want to use during the checkout process.

Important to note:

  • If you book your appointment over the phone with one of our live agents, the charge will automatically go to your default payment method on file. Unfortunately, in this case, you won’t be able to select an alternate card at the time of booking.

  • You can update your default payment method anytime in your account settings.

If you notice that an appointment has been charged to the wrong card, don’t worry—just call us at 844-695-4526. Our team can help modify the payment method associated with that appointment.

  • Can I add or remove payment methods at any time?
    Yes, you can add new cards or remove existing ones by going to the “Payment Methods” section of your Glamsquad account on the app or website.

  • Are saved payment methods secure?
    Absolutely. Glamsquad uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to keep your payment information safe and confidential.

  • What if my card expires or is declined?
    We’ll notify you to update your payment information before your next appointment. If a payment fails, your appointment may be canceled unless updated promptly.

  • Can I use multiple payment methods on a single appointment?
    Currently, each appointment must be charged to a single payment method. Splitting payments is not supported at this time.
