Package Service Credits: These credits are awarded when you purchase a service package from Glamsquad, such as a bundle of hair, makeup, or nail appointments. Package credits are typically tied to specific services included in your package and can be redeemed only for those designated services. They do not expire during the validity period stated at purchase.
Promotional Credits: These credits appear when you apply a promotional code to an appointment. Promotional credits usually come from special offers, discounts, or marketing campaigns. They often have specific terms and conditions, such as minimum booking amounts, eligible services, or expiration dates. Be sure to check the details of the promo code for any restrictions.
Gift Card Credits: These credits are loaded when someone purchases and sends you a Glamsquad gift card. Gift card credits represent actual monetary value and can be applied toward most Glamsquad services. They typically have an expiration date, so make sure to use them before they expire.
Referral Credits: You receive these credits when you successfully refer a new first-time user to Glamsquad who completes a booking.
