Where can I add or update my method of payment?

You can easily add or update your payment method anytime through the Glamsquad app or website. Please note that a valid payment method is required to book or confirm any appointments.

On the Glamsquad App:

  1. Tap ‘Account’ located at the bottom right corner of your screen.

  2. Select ‘Payment Methods’ from the menu.

  3. Enter your new card information securely.

  4. Tap ‘Confirm Payment Info’ on the red bar at the bottom to save your changes.

Important: Your updated payment method will be used automatically for future bookings. If you have multiple cards saved, make sure your preferred card is set as the default payment option.

On the Glamsquad Website:

  1. Log in to your account using the ‘Login’ button at the top right corner of the homepage.

  2. Hover over your name and select ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click ‘Add Payment Method’ or select an existing card to update.

  4. Enter your card details securely and select ‘Save’.

Tip: You can add multiple cards to your account and manage them in the payment methods section. Always double-check that the card you want to use for your next appointment is active and selected.

Additional Information:

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

  • If your card is declined, please ensure your billing address matches what your bank has on file.

  • For security, your payment information is encrypted and stored safely according to industry standards.

  • If you have any trouble updating your payment method, try clearing your browser cache or updating your app to the latest version.
