When you book a Glamsquad appointment, your arrival window starts at your chosen time and extends for 15 minutes. For example, if you book for 3:00 PM, your Pro may arrive anytime between 3:00 and 3:15 PM — both are considered on time.
You'll receive a push notification and SMS with your Pro's ETA when they're on their way. If your Pro hasn't arrived by the end of the arrival window, you'll receive an update. For delays of 15 minutes or more past the window, reach out to us at [email protected] or through the in-app chat and we'll make sure you're taken care of right away.
