Getting your space ready before your Beauty Professional arrives helps ensure a smooth, enjoyable appointment. Here are a few tips:
Choose a well-lit area. Good lighting is especially important for makeup appointments — natural light or a bright room helps your Pro see colors accurately and deliver the best results. If your space has low lighting, mention it in the style notes when booking. Makeup Pros sometimes bring their own ring light, but it's not guaranteed.
Have a comfortable chair ready. For makeup and nail appointments, a sturdy chair at a comfortable height makes the service easier for everyone.
Clear a little space. Your Pro handles their own setup and brings all their own tools and products — you don't need to provide anything. Just make sure there's a small, clean surface nearby where they can set up their kit.
Building access instructions: If your location has a gate code, doorbell, or specific entry instructions, you can add these as a note when booking through the app. You can also email [email protected] after booking to have access notes added to your appointment.
