How Does Billing Work at Glamsquad?

How payment is handled, what's included in your total, and how to get billing help

All payments at Glamsquad are handled through the app — completely cashless and hassle-free! Here's what's included in your total at checkout:

  • Service price (what you see listed on the website and in the app)

  • 20% gratuity (goes directly to your Beauty Professional)

  • Applicable taxes (based on your service location)

  • Support fee

All fees are displayed on the checkout screen before you confirm your booking — no surprises!

Payment Methods: Glamsquad accepts most major credit cards. You can add or update your payment method in the app under your account settings.

Combining Payment Methods: Yes — you can combine payment methods at checkout! For example, you can apply a gift card balance and pay any remaining amount with a credit card.

A pre-authorization hold is placed on your payment method at the time of booking to confirm the card is valid. This is not a charge — the actual charge processes after your appointment is complete. You can view your receipts and payment history in the app at any time.
