Where can I see my packages and gift card credits?
You can easily view your package credits and gift card balances directly through the Glamsquad app or on our website. Here’s how:
On the Glamsquad app:
Open the app and tap ‘Account’ located in the bottom right corner.
Select ‘Credits’ from the menu.
You’ll see a detailed list of your available credits, including any package credits and gift card balances.
On the Glamsquad website:
Make sure you’re logged in by clicking ‘Login’ in the top right corner.
Once logged in, hover over your name in the top right corner and click ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu.
Scroll down to find a section that displays your available credits and package information.

Additional details to note:
Package credits typically correspond to prepaid services or bundles you’ve purchased that can be redeemed for specific types of appointments.
Gift card credits reflect any gift cards you’ve added to your account or received from others.
Credits will update automatically once a service is booked or a gift card is redeemed.
If you do not see your expected credits, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
