Where can I see my referral credits for referring a friend?
You can easily check your referral credits both on the Glamsquad app and website. Here’s how:
On the Glamsquad app:
Open the app and tap the 'Account' icon located in the bottom right corner.
Tap 'Credits' from the menu options.
Your referral credits will be listed under 'Other Credits' on this page.
On the Glamsquad website:
Make sure you are logged in to your account by clicking 'Login' in the top right corner.
Hover over your name (also in the top right corner) to reveal a dropdown menu.
Select 'Settings' from the dropdown.
Scroll down the Settings page, and you will find your referral credits listed under 'Other Credits'.

Referral credits are typically applied within 24-48 hours after your friend completes their first eligible booking.
You can use these credits toward any Glamsquad service during checkout, and the credits will automatically appear as a payment option if available.
If you don’t see your referral credits after your friend’s first booking, please check that they used your unique referral link or code when signing up.
Referral credits usually have an expiration date, so make sure to use them before they expire. You can find the expiration details in the same section.
