How do I purchase a gift card on the app?
Open the Glamsquad app and tap the Shop icon at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Gifts located in the top right-hand corner.
Under E-Gift Cards, select Shop.
Choose a gift card amount to see which services the credits apply to. If you want to customize the amount, select Custom and enter your desired value.
After selecting the amount, tap Next to view a detailed cost breakdown, including gratuity and applicable taxes.
When entering recipient information, make sure to input the recipient’s email address. Avoid using your own email—if you do, the gift card won’t apply to the recipient’s account, and you’ll need to request a refund and reorder.
Choose a delivery method:
Email: The gift card will be sent electronically to the recipient’s email. (Note: The recipient will not receive an automatic notification that the gift card was sent.)
Print: You will receive a confirmation email with a printable attachment to physically give to the recipient.

Gift cards purchased via the app are digital and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Be sure the recipient’s email is entered correctly to avoid delivery issues.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email shortly after purchase, check your spam folder or contact support.
