If I choose to email my Gift Card or Package, will the recipient receive a notification right away?


No, the recipient will not receive an email notification immediately. Instead, they’ll receive the gift card or package via email on the specific delivery date you selected at checkout.

If you're purchasing in advance for a birthday, holiday, or special occasion, this allows you to time the surprise perfectly. You’ll still receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase, so you can be sure the transaction was completed.

Tip: If you want the recipient to know right away that something special is coming, you may want to let them know separately, especially if the delivery date is far in the future.

  • Can I change the delivery date after I've scheduled it?
    Once the gift has been scheduled, the delivery date can’t be changed through your account. However, if you need to make an adjustment, our Customer Experience team may be able to help. Reach out as soon as possible for the best chance of accommodating your request.

  • Will I be notified when the gift is delivered to the recipient?
    Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email once the gift has been successfully delivered to the recipient on your chosen date.

  • Can I resend the email if the recipient doesn’t receive it?
    Absolutely. First, ask the recipient to check their spam or junk folder. If they still can’t locate the email, contact our Customer Experience team and we’ll happily resend it.

  • Is there a way to send the gift immediately instead of scheduling it?
    Yes! If you’d like the gift to be delivered right away, simply select today’s date during checkout. The recipient will receive the gift email shortly after the order is completed.

  • Can I customize or preview the message that will be sent with the gift?
    Yes, you can write a personalized message during checkout and preview it before submitting your order. Keep in mind that once the order is placed, the message cannot be edited, so be sure to double-check it before confirming.

  • What should I do if the recipient accidentally deletes the email?
    No problem. If the email was deleted or lost, just reach out to our Customer Experience team. We can easily resend the gift to the recipient's email address.
