What is the Valet Policy?

Our Glamsquad Beauty Professionals will always do their best to find complimentary or free parking near your location. However, in cases where free parking is unavailable, they reserve the right to use valet parking services to ensure your appointment starts on time and runs smoothly.

Valet Charges:
If valet parking is necessary, the fee will typically be charged directly to your hotel room if you’re staying at a hotel that allows room charges. This helps keep your experience seamless and cash-free.

If the valet service vendor does not permit charges to a hotel room, our Client Experience team will be notified and will add the valet parking fee to your final Glamsquad receipt for easy payment.

Discounts or Parking Passes:
If you have a parking pass, discount, or voucher that the Beauty Professional can use to avoid valet charges, please inform our Client Experience team at least one hour before your appointment. This advance notice helps ensure your Beauty Pro can use the pass and avoid unnecessary fees.

Additional Information

  • What types of valet services are typically used?

We work with trusted valet vendors known for professionalism and security.

  • Are valet parking fees standardized, or do they vary?

Fees vary based on the location and vendor, and we will always aim to use the most cost-effective options.

  • Can I pay valet charges directly to the Beauty Pro instead of adding to the room or receipt?

We generally prefer to handle charges via room or final receipt for transparency and convenience, but please ask if you prefer an alternative arrangement.

  • What happens if my appointment location doesn’t have valet or free parking nearby?

Your Beauty Pro will do their best to park as close as possible. If parking delays affect timing, our Client Experience team will communicate with you proactively.
