How do packages work?

When you purchase a package, you’re buying service credits upfront at a discounted rate compared to booking individual appointments.

For example, a package of 5 blowouts will cost less per blowout than booking each one separately.

Gratuity is still calculated based on the full, non-discounted price of each service and is added at the time of your appointment.

Additional fees such as support fees and applicable taxes are also charged separately at each appointment.

After purchasing, the total number of service credits will appear in your account, reflecting the full value of each service.

Packages often have an expiration date, so please check how long you have to use your credits.

If you book a service that costs more than the credit value, you will need to pay the difference.

If the service costs less than the credit value, no refunds or credit adjustments are provided.
