Why do I have an additional charge when my package is applied to my service?

    If your package covers a specific service—for example, a blowout—but you book a different or upgraded service like an updo that costs more, the system will deduct credits equivalent to your package value for the base service. However, because the updo costs more, you will be charged an additional fee to cover the difference. This sometimes results in your package credits being partially used, leaving an uneven amount of credits remaining.

  2. Using Credits on One Service Only:
    If your package covers one type of service (like blowouts), but you add on additional services such as a manicure or makeup, only the service included in your package will be covered by credits. The additional services will be billed separately.

  3. Partial Credit Usage on Final Appointment:
    When you use the last credits in your package, if the appointment cost exceeds the value of those remaining credits, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
