How do I use my membership and package credits in one booking?

Updated over 3 months ago

By default, when you book a blowout through your Glamsquad membership, your membership blowout will be used first before any package credits in your account. For example, if you schedule a blowout along with additional services such as hair styling, makeup, or nails, your 10% membership discount will automatically be applied to the total cost at the time of booking. This means the discount takes precedence over any package credits you may have. Package credits or prepaid bundles will only be applied once the membership discount has been accounted for.

This system is designed to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your membership perks immediately, while also preserving your package credits for future bookings. If you have multiple packages or credits, the credits will be used in the order they were purchased, after your membership discount is applied.

Additional Information:

Can I choose to apply package credits before using my membership blowout or discount?

Currently, Glamsquad’s booking system automatically prioritizes your membership blowout and associated 10% discount before applying any package credits or prepaid bundles. This means you cannot manually choose to use package credits first when booking a blowout or other services. The system is designed this way to ensure you immediately benefit from your membership perks, giving you the best possible savings at the time of booking.

How does payment and discounts work if I book services that aren’t included in my membership?

If you book services that aren’t part of your Glamsquad membership benefits—meaning they are outside your membership’s blowouts or discounted service offerings—your membership discount and blowout credits will not apply to those specific services. In this case, any package credits or prepaid bundles you have in your account will be automatically applied to these additional services first, helping to reduce your out-of-pocket cost.
