Getting ready before your appointment ensures your Beauty Professional can make the most of the time with you and deliver the best possible results. This article outlines what you need to do for each type of service and how to prepare your space at home.
Hair Services
Blowouts or Braids: Please arrive with “Wet Hair, In The Chair.” Wash your hair 10–15 minutes before your appointment so it’s damp but not dripping wet.
Updos: Start with dry hair (ideally washed the day before). This gives better hold and longevity.
Makeup Services
Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face that has been cleansed and moisturized prior to your Beauty Professional’s arrival.
Nail Services
For manicures and pedicures, ensure your nails are free of gel, acrylic, dip, or any other nail treatments before the appointment begins.
Preparing Your Space
Have a chair near an outlet and a flat surface available so your Beauty Professional can plug in tools and set out products.
Please crate or separate pets for the safety and comfort of our Pros (some may have allergies or fears).
Share any allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences with your Beauty Professional before the service starts.
Be ready on time to maximize the full appointment window.
