We understand that delays happen. This article explains what to expect if you’re running behind, how long your Beauty Professional will wait, and what to do to keep your appointment on track.
Late Arrival Policy
Your Beauty Professional will wait for half of the scheduled appointment time.
Example: A 60-minute makeup appointment allows for a 30-minute wait window.
The end time of your appointment does not change. Your Beauty Professional will complete as much of the service as possible within the remaining time.
If you arrive later than half of the scheduled time, the appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to the full-service charge.
What to Do if You’re Running Late
Contact Client Experience: Call (844) 695-4526 or email [email protected] so we can notify your Beauty Professional on your behalf.
Message the Beauty Professional directly: Use the Glamsquad app to send a quick note letting your Pro know your updated ETA.
Examples
Your makeup appointment is scheduled for 2:00 PM and lasts 60 minutes. If you arrive by 2:30 PM, your Beauty Professional will still provide services until 3:00 PM.
