How notifications work
You’ll receive an “On the Way” notification about 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.
In rare cases, you may see this alert even if your professional is running a few minutes late (for example, if they’ve begun traveling to you but encounter unexpected delays).
If something seems off, contact the Client Experience team at [email protected] or (844) 695-4526 so we can check ETA and assist.
Tips to make sure you get the alert
Enable notifications for Glamsquad in your phone’s Settings.
Keep your device connected (Wi-Fi or cellular) and ensure Do Not Disturb isn’t silencing alerts around your appointment time.
What to do if the Pro might be late
Give it a few minutes past your start time—traffic, parking, or building access can cause minor delays.
If you haven’t seen an update and your Pro hasn’t arrived within a reasonable window, reach out to Client Experience so we can step in.
