To get the best results, follow these guidelines before your arrival window begins:
Hair services: For a Blowout, Silk Press, or Haircut + Blowout, wash your hair and leave it damp (not dripping). Don't apply any product. For an Updo or Special Occasion style, wash your hair the day of (or night before) and let it dry completely. For Dry Styling, start with dry, previously styled hair.
Makeup services: Start with a clean, freshly washed face. Remove all existing makeup. Moisturizer and SPF are fine to apply beforehand.
Nail services: Remove any existing polish. Hands or feet should be clean and dry.
