How do I request a vaccinated beauty professional?
When booking through the Glamsquad app or website, look for the option labeled “Require pros to be COVID-19 vaccinated.”
Select the checkbox to request a beauty professional who is fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
By selecting this option, you also confirm that you and all eligible members of your household are vaccinated. This helps ensure a safer experience for everyone.
After checking the box, you will see a confirmation mark indicating your vaccination preference has been recorded.
You can then proceed with the rest of the booking process as usual.
If you book through the Glamsquad reservations team (phone or chat), you must clearly communicate your request for a vaccinated beauty professional during your conversation.
Leaving a note or special instruction in the appointment details alone does not guarantee that your professional will be vaccinated, as this preference needs to be explicitly acknowledged and processed by the reservations team.
