When can I expect my monthly charge?

Your billing cycle is set to renew exactly one month from the date you initially purchased your membership. For example, if you purchased your membership on September 24, your next monthly charge will occur on October 24, and subsequent charges will follow on the 24th of each month thereafter.

Billing time: Charges typically process overnight, so you may see the payment reflected on your bank or card statement within 1-3 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Payment method: Your monthly charge will be billed to the payment method you provided at signup unless you update it beforehand.

Notifications: We will send a reminder email a few days before your payment is processed so you can review or update your membership if needed.

Changing billing dates: Currently, the billing date is fixed based on your original purchase date and cannot be manually adjusted. If you have special circumstances, please contact customer support for assistance.

What happens if a payment fails? If your payment doesn’t go through, we will notify you immediately and give you a grace period to update your payment info before the membership is paused.
