If you’d like to turn off auto-renewal, you can do so at any time through your account settings in the Glamsquad app or by contacting our customer support team. Be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Will I get a reminder before I’m charged for the renewal?
Currently, Glamsquad does not send a reminder before your membership automatically renews. Your subscription will renew on the same date each billing cycle (monthly or annually), and the payment method on file will be charged accordingly.
To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend setting a personal reminder ahead of your renewal date. You can view your next billing date and manage your subscription at any time by logging into your Glamsquad account and visiting the Membership section.
If I cancel, will I still be able to use my membership benefits until the end of the billing cycle?
Yes, if you cancel your Glamsquad membership, you’ll continue to receive your member benefits through the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I get a refund if I forgot to cancel in time?
Glamsquad memberships are non-refundable, even if you forget to cancel before your renewal date. Once your membership renews, the charge is processed automatically and is final for that billing cycle.
