What if I can't book an appointment for my desired date and time?

If your preferred date or time isn’t available in the app, it usually means that our beauty professionals are already fully booked during that window. We recommend checking back periodically, as new appointments may open up if other clients reschedule or cancel. You can also try selecting a different time of day or another nearby date to see more availability.

For the best chance of securing your ideal appointment, we suggest booking as early as possible—especially for weekends, holidays, or popular times like early mornings and evenings, which tend to fill up quickly.
