If you need to make a change to your membership, here's how it works:
To cancel your membership: You can cancel directly through your account settings in the app or on the web — no need to contact support. Just go to your account, find the membership section, and select cancel.
To pause your membership: Pausing is available but must be done by contacting our support team. Email us at [email protected] or reach out through the in-app chat and we'll take care of it.
Renewal date: Your membership renews on the same date each month as your original sign-up date (your membership anniversary date).
