How Do I Contact My Beauty Professional?

How to message your Pro through the app and what to do if you need help before the appointment

You can message your Beauty Professional directly through the Communication Tab in the Glamsquad app. It becomes available about 1 hour before your appointment and stays open until the appointment is complete.

If your appointment is more than an hour away or you're having trouble with the Communication Tab, just contact our support team and we'll relay your message.
