Where can I see my orders?

If you’ve placed a product order with Glamsquad, you can easily track and manage your orders both on our website and mobile app.

  • On the website:
    Log in to your account, then click on your name or profile icon at the top right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, select ‘My Orders’ to view a complete list of your recent and past orders. Here, you can check the status of each order, view details, and track shipments.

  • On the app:
    Open the Glamsquad app and tap ‘Account’ located at the bottom right of your screen. In the account menu, select ‘My Orders’ to access your order history, current order statuses, and shipping updates.

If you don’t see your order listed, make sure you are logged into the correct account that was used to place the order. If you still can’t find your order, please contact our customer support for assistance.

How long does it take for my order to show up in ‘My Orders’ after purchase?
Your order should appear almost immediately in the ‘My Orders’ section once your purchase is confirmed. In rare cases, it may take a few minutes for the system to update. If you don’t see your order after 15-30 minutes, please refresh the page or log out and back in.

Can I cancel or modify an order from the ‘My Orders’ section?
Currently, orders cannot be modified or canceled directly through the ‘My Orders’ page. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact Glamsquad customer support as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.

How do I track my shipment if I don’t see a tracking number?
Tracking information is usually provided once your order has shipped and will appear in the order details within ‘My Orders.’ If no tracking number is visible, your order may still be processing or preparing for shipment. If your order has been shipped but you still don’t see tracking details, please reach out to customer support for assistance.

What if my order status hasn’t updated in a while?
Order statuses usually update regularly. If you notice no changes for an extended period, it may be due to a delay in processing or shipping. Feel free to contact customer support for an update on your order status.

Can I see past orders older than 6 months or 1 year?
Yes! All your orders should remain accessible in ‘My Orders’ regardless of their age. However, if you’re unable to find older orders, please contact support and we can assist you with retrieving that information.

Will I get notifications when my order status changes?
Yes, Glamsquad sends email notifications to keep you updated on key order milestones such as order confirmation, shipping, and delivery. Make sure your contact information is up to date in your account settings so you don’t miss any updates.
