I have added my address to my profile but it won't let me book. What does that mean?

Sometimes adding your address doesn’t automatically guarantee that services are available in your area. Glamsquad currently operates within specific service zones, and if your address is outside of those zones, the app will prevent you from completing a booking.

A few things you can check:

  • Confirm your location: Double-check that your street address, city, state, and ZIP code are entered correctly. Even a small typo can cause errors.

  • Check service availability: If your address is correct, it may be outside our current coverage area. In that case, you won’t be able to book at this time.

  • Try a different address: If you’re booking for a hotel, office, or another location, make sure you enter that address instead of your home address.

  • App updates: Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Glamsquad app to avoid glitches.
