What are the Glamsquad Membership Program details?Updated a year ago

The Glamsquad Membership is a loyalty program offered by Glamsquad, Inc. ("Glamsquad") to its most valued customers of Glamsquad’s goods and services. These program details form the agreement between each customer that participates in Glamsquad's membership (known as a "Member") and Glamsquad with respect to Glamquad's membership. Glamsquad reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, or procedures ("Related Rules") affecting Glamsquad's membership and to terminate Glamsquad's membership or a Member's membership in Glamsquad's membership at any time for any reason without prior written notice. By participating in Glamsquad's membership, Member agrees to these terms and conditions and Related Rules. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about membership terms and conditions and Related Rules, which can be found at Members agree to pay a monthly fee to participate in Glamsquad membership. Prices vary by market and can be found at Membership in Glamsquad entitles each Member to a variety of benefits, including the following: 2 blowouts a month, 10% off all additional hair, nail and makeup services and concierge booking using the [email protected] email address. Tax, service fee and gratuities on services are included in the monthly price. Promotional codes on services are not applicable to accounts with an active GlamFam membership. Discounts on products and tools apply to in-store purchases only. Discounts and membership blowouts are non-transferrable and can only be used by Member. To redeem membership blowouts and/or discounts, Members must provide their name and identify themselves as a GlamFam Member. Any attempt to transfer benefits under GlamFam may result in automatic cancellation of membership. GlamFam reserves the right to request proper identification from a Member before providing discounts or blowouts under Glamsquad. Members also agree to allow Glamsquad to communicate via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites and various other channels. Glamsquad may use these channels to communicate with Member about account status, program changes, Related Rules, special offers or promotions, or other matters Glamsquad believes may be of interest to Member. If you would like to cancel your membership, it must be canceled 3 days prior to next billing cycle. Please reach out to [email protected] to cancel your membership. To cancel your membership, please send your name, phone, email and the date you'd like to cancel to [email protected]. Unused blowouts "rollover" to the following month and expire at the end of that month. Unused blowouts and discounts have no cash value.


Any unused blowouts must be redeemed within 90 days of membership cancellation or they will expire forever. Member is not entitled to redeem unused blowouts or discounts for cash or store credit and Member is not entitled to a refund for any unused blowouts or discounts at any time during membership or upon cancellation. The membership fees will recur monthly until cancelled by the member. Each Member agrees and understands that the Member's credit card will automatically be charged the applicable monthly fee. It is each Member's responsibility to keep Glamsquad informed of accurate billing information. A new form must be completed for any changes in the billing information. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made. If Glamsquad terminates Glamsquad or a Member's membership in Glamsquad, the Member's credit card will not be charged for the next billing period and the terms applicable to cancelled memberships will apply.
