When do I need to finalize my wedding day schedule?
To ensure a seamless wedding day experience we recommend that you work with our wedding concierge to finalize your wedding day beauty schedule one month out.
What is the wedding cancellation policy?
Wedding day services booked and then canceled more than 30 days out will incur no fee on the total price of the wedding services. A $100 deposit and a 15% coordination fee are non-refundable at any time. Wedding day services booked and then canceled

Can I speak to my team prior to the trial/wedding day?
You can add notes to your trial appointment in the app at any time and/or you can reach out to our wedding concierge here, who will be your liaison and who will relay any key information to your bridal beauty pros.
Is there a package/discount for wedding services?
Glamsquad does not offer discounts on wedding services or specific wedding packages. Any credit codes in your account will apply to the appointments but our standard service packages will not apply.
Can I split the payment for my wedding services on different cards?
We are not able to split payment across multiple cards or accounts. Glamsquad will charge one card on file for all services, including charges for tax and tip, once the services are completed.
